Homemade Dog Food Recipe

That's quite a bit.  I'm not sure about the rice since we had eliminated grains from our dogs diet some time ago.   We decided to go holistic all the way as our personal preference.  However, this site is interesting and something to explore if you are having issues with your current dog food and may not be interested in the ever growing popular raw diet (which we also tried).   I'm not sure about the cost analysis of the homemade recipe but after all the dog food recalls and associated health scares for our dogs this might be a useful site for you.   Plus you can make these in your own kitchen!
