Mailbox Goodies

Another week of goodies has come and gone.   I was really surprised to see extra coupons with the Orville Redenbacher's popcorn bowl sample which was available through Wal-Mart.  I certainly wasn't expecting those!  Great time to grab a dollar movie from Redbox and veg out on Platform Beds with all this rainy weather.  I don't know half the time whether it's coming or going.  One minute the forecast looks decent and I lay out something to grill then that evening  it rains.  It's been like that a lot lately. 

My thoughts go out to those who have suffered through the storms and fires across the US lately.  We didn't have tornados but the wind gusts were strong enough to bring down a big tree branch between our house and our neighbors as well as break a screen door.   Another neighbor had something metal fly off his house which initially woke us up out of bed one morning at 4 am.  It's the part of the edge of the roof on the sides that doesn't have a gutter, whatever that's called.  We thought it was something from our house dancing in the wind until it finally ripped off and flew away it was so loud.  I certainly didn't need coffee as jump start that morning.

 

Other goodies were Kirkland shampoo/conditioner and cleaning wipes as well as a free item coupon for Uncle Ben's ready rice. The rouge magazine is a freebie and it consists of great coupons if you've never seen it.  Here's what was in mine below.

 

I also joined the Home Depot Garden club last summer/spring and periodically receive random coupons from them like what's pictured below.
